Pendahuluan, awal

Sebuah kantor kecil membutuhkan PBX untuk panggilan di Rusia dan antar karyawan. Ada pilihan antara menggunakan solusi siap pakai dari penyedia SIP dan PBX pribadi buatan sendiri. Masing-masing pihak memiliki pro dan kontra masing-masing. Karena kantor baru saja mulai, ada beberapa karyawan, ada mode hemat total, maka saya menolak dari penyedia - biaya berlangganan untuk nomor tersebut (terlepas dari kenyataan bahwa nomor tersebut diberikan ke kota, yang sulit untuk menghubungkan pesan instan, nomor ponsel dari penyedia tidak membangkitkan kepercayaan pada pelanggan dan juga memiliki masalah terkait dengan pengirim pesan) dan tarif untuk panggilan ke nomor ponsel klien setidaknya untuk 1,5 rubel / menit.





Karena Karena Raspberry Pi 3B + yang tidak terpakai tersedia, diputuskan untuk menggunakannya sebagai PBX dengan Asterisk. Kartu microSD, dari 8GB, lebih disukai 16GB untuk instalasi sistem. Ada upaya untuk menginstal versi telanjang dari awal menggunakan berbagai tutorial dari jaringan, tetapi semuanya terus-menerus mengalami masalah, tk. semuanya ditulis dari 2 sampai 10 tahun yang lalu, mereka tidak bekerja untuk permulaan yang cepat.





Juga, untuk pekerjaan otonom tanpa ketergantungan pada penyedia, Anda memerlukan modem USB dengan dukungan untuk panggilan suara, ada daftar modem yang biasanya berfungsi (sebelumnya dibuka sesuai dengan instruksi dari 4PDA), saya punya Huawei E1550.

Dimungkinkan juga / diinginkan untuk me-reboot sistem dalam mode otomatis sesuai dengan jadwal, untuk mengatur ulang modem yang dibekukan, membeku setelah 5 hari kerja, dan tidak ada orang di sebelahnya, saya harus pergi dan membebani secara manual.
